Clements Food Safety Consulting LLC offers the following services, as well as restaurant employee safety training, customer service training and non-certified food safety training. Class times may be arranged to fit your schedule. Discounts are given if the establishment sends more than 5 employees to a class.
Payment may be made by cash, check, credit card or digital payment methods. Payment is due by the conclusion of the class/exam. Invoices are sent digitally.

ServSafe Manager 6-8 hour Class, Exam, and Book purchase to own $275.00/ person
ServSafe Manager 6-8 hour Class, Exam and Book rental to be returned at end of class $175.00/ person
ServSafe Alcohol Class and Exam
ServSafe Alcohol 3-4 hour Class, Book purchase, and exam $75.00/ person
ServSafe Exam Proctoring
ServSafe Manager Exam proctoring without exam access code $40.00/ person
ServSafe Manager Exam proctoring including exam access code $80.00/ person
Establishment Food Safety Audit $100.00 / hour
Food Safety Audit at your establishment includes an inspection and a detailed report including pictures and advised corrective actions.
Other Training and Services $100.00 / hour
Customized non certification training sessions for your restaurant teams. These may include food safety, restaurant safety/ occupational safety, allergen safety and/or customer service training.
Facility Compliance Consulting at your establishment includes an inspection of your potential facility to ensure that it will meet New York State food codes and/or New York State Liquor Authority requirements. This will prevent any barriers in obtaining proper restaurant/ liquor permits.
Permit Consulting is a service offered to help you find your way through the permitting process of your restaurant or bar.
