Clements Food Safety Consulting  LLC can fulfill all  of your restaurant's food safety and employee training needs.  The owner, Stacey Clements, has more than 20 years of employee training experience with a BS in Hospitality Management and an MS in Occupational Safety.

 

 Stacey works closely with the Monroe County Health Department to keep up on the latest trends, codes and regulations.

A Certified ServSafe instructor and proctor, Stacey customizes her class instruction depending on the type of employees in the class.  Her teaching style is entertaining and she uses several different teaching techniques in order to help students retain the information.
